This Payment Policy explains how Rome Dream Guide handles payments and pricing.
The Rome Dream Guide is currently available for a one-time purchase of €49.
The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees.
Rome Dream Guide currently operates under the Italian regime forfettario and does not charge VAT on purchases where this regime applies.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Available payment methods may include payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link (Stripe’s one-click payment service), Alipay and other payment methods supported by Stripe. The methods shown depend on your location, device and browser.
Rome Dream Guide does not store your card details. Payment information is processed by Stripe.

All prices are set in Euros (€).
Depending on your location, the secure payment page may offer you the option to pay in your local currency instead. If so, the converted amount and the exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion fee charged by our payment provider, are shown before you pay, and you can choose to pay in Euros instead.
If you pay in Euros and your bank or card provider uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fee. These charges are outside our control.
From time to time we may offer discount codes, including welcome offers and codes connected to our Affiliate Program. The availability, value and terms of any discount code may change or end at any time without notice.
Discount codes apply to the purchase price of the Guide at checkout and must be entered before payment is made. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed or combined with other offers unless stated.
Discount codes have no cash value. We may cancel or refuse a discount code, or an order made using one, where we reasonably believe it has been misused or used in a way it was not intended.

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing information required to access your Rome Dream Guide account. You will also receive a payment receipt from Stripe.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the emails.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, or if you need an invoice for your purchase, please contact hello@romedreamguide.com.
Refunds, withdrawal rights and your statutory consumer rights are explained in our Terms & Conditions.
Rome Dream Guide is digital content and access is provided immediately after purchase. Therefore, the applicable rules regarding withdrawal and refunds are set out in Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital Guide and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. This means we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights, including if the Guide is defective or cannot be accessed as described.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
If a payment is unsuccessful, your purchase will not be completed and access to the Guide will not be provided.
Please check your payment details or contact your bank or payment provider if you continue to experience problems.
We may refuse, cancel or suspend an order or access to the Guide where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity or other unlawful activity.
